Description: Fenris was one of our original combat knife designs. The Kukri feel made it extraordinarily appealing to contractors but a number of them, and ex-special forces, requested a shorter blade. The Short Quillon Fenris has a shorter blade and revised handle. It comes both with a standard quillon for proficient knife users and in a version with a long front quillon for added safety.

The knife has front and rear AISI 430 stainless steel bolsters. The blade is Böhler 440C Tool Steel, professionally heat-treated. The swage is blunt but there is no guarantee a police officer and/or court won't argue it is sharp. The handle is ergonomically shaped. It slopes down for added torque but the angle also adds wrist comfort and makes it easier to thrust. Front and rear quillons promote retention. There is gimping on both sides of the thumb rest. The decorative file work on both sides of the exposed tang and in front of the blade-side thumb gimping contributes to handling.

The knife shown are what you will get so if you have any questions ask them before ordering.
