Description: This is a great knife. The grips are hand textured. The handle slants down for comfort and better structure on stabbing and slicing. It features tactical glove-spaced finger indents. The blade is our popular Fenris design with a blunt swage to improve tip strength and avoid civilian dagger-law issues.

The blade is made of custom-knife quality Böhler Uddeholm D-2 Tool Steel that has been professionally heat treated. D-2 Tool Steel is regarded by many experts as the best carbon steel for knives. It is used in dies that cut other steels and very resistant to corrosion for a carbon steel.  Although it is a major pain to sharpen, D-2 takes a fine edge and holds it for a long time.

We have classified this knife as a second solely because the black TiNi coat has some dark strands. This is a cosmetic issue. Once you start using a coated knife, starting point coating flaws are rapidly drowned out normal wear.

The knife shown are what you will get so if you have any questions ask them before ordering.
